• Two measurement modes - Echo-Echo (E-E) and Transmit-Echo (T-E)
  • E-E is applicable for non-metallic coatings (such as paint, plastic resin, etc.) on metal substrates, it can penetrate the coating and measure the wall thickness
  • T-E is for measuring the thickness of uncoated material, such as metal, plastic, glass, nylon, resin, ceramic, ice, etc.
• A-scan, signal scanning assesses whether there are impurities, pores, cracks, etc. inside to prevent incorrect measurement
• B-scan, continuously measures, displays thickness change on the screen
• Transducers can be automatically identified and zeroed
• Memory for up to 10000 measured values
• Data can be entered into Excel and Word as keyboard signals
• Automatic or manual measurement
• When transducers are removed from the parts, the measured data is retained on the screen for easy viewing
• Set upper and lower limits for tolerance alerts
